Thermal optimization before the first prototypes
Thermal redesigns make product development more expensive and cost time. Especially if they affect the dimensions or the design of a product. Consequently, the cooling should be included in the development process at a very early stage. In order to guarantee an optimum thermal management from the very start, we offer our customers CFD simulations. They form the basis of the best possible cooling solution – specially tailored to your application. We support our customers here in all phases of development through a virtual, system-level analysis of flow and heat transport as well as the targets selection of interface materials. This facilitates thermal optimization down to the component level. Even before a prototype is available. This not only saves design costs, but also accelerates the time to product launch.
