The official confirmation came at the beginning of September: The Quality Management System of our Chinese subsidiary in Suzhou also meets all the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and was awarded the corresponding QM certificate. “Our QMS forms the basis for increasing process performance, shortening lead times and increasing productivity. This striving for quality is documented and proven by the certificate”, says Dr. Wilhelm Pohl, Managing Director of HALA Contec. The continuous improvement process, transparent procedures and processes are also part of this QMS. Everything serves to ensure the quality of our products in the long term, also in Asia. For customers, this simplifies the approval of Hala Contec Suzhou as a series supplier. “And our customers can be sure that all processes in Germany and China are of the same high standard,” says Dr. Pohl.
